The arbitrator will apply the laws of the State of California and may award any relief permitted under those laws.

The arbitrator’s decision will be final, binding, and enforceable in any court with proper jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You and Lasting Legacy Plumbing, Heating & Air agree that any claims or disputes will be handled on an individual basis only.
